先建一个黑背景的文档,新建文字层,(选用粗体字效果会好点)将文字自由变换到合适大小,栅格化,并复制一份.将X副本载入选区.执行选择收缩........

按DEL删除.继续收缩,收缩量不要变.新建一层,打开路径面板,将选区生成路径.

设前景色为白色,选用高硬度画笔,设好间距,然后对此路径描边,(我用的是十号的,参数自定)一定要在新层上哦.

取消选区,新建一层,前后景色为默认的黑白,执行滤镜/渲染/云彩,将图层1载入选区,回到云彩层,反选,再DEL.

由于云彩滤镜是有随机性的,所以每次做出来的效果会不尽相同.
